McCloskey Motors is currently looking to hire an experienced Automotive Body Shop Manager to lead an engaged team of Body Shop Technicians and Detailers.  The ideal candidate will have 3+ years Auto Body / Collision Center experience (Estimator / Assistant Manager / Manager / Owner) as well as several years in a leadership role.  Prior experience with Automotive Paint and Detail is also REQUIRED!  We are offering a competitive compensation package ($60K - $100K) with a very comprehensive benefits package. Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Manage daily operations of the Detail, Paint, Body, and Assembly departments.

• Prepare and present accurate quotes for paint, body, and cosmetic work.

• Mentor and grow technicians across all departments through coaching and training.

• Recruit, hire, and motivate qualified team members.

• Ensure quality control and timely completion of all work.

• Assist with payroll preparation, invoicing, and final billing (including insurance supplements).

• Maintain strong vendor and insurance relationships to maximize profitability.

• Approve sublet/outside vendor invoices.

• Monitor gross profit opportunities and drive operational efficiency.

• Perform quality checks on completed jobs to ensure customer satisfaction and brand standards.

• Maintain safety standards and a professional work environment.
