Automotive Body Shop Parts Assistant

Fix Auto Body in Scottsdale is looking for a Parts Assistant

Most Job Duties include;

• Checking in ordered parts to make sure they match damaged parts removed from vehicle


• Matching parts to invoice that all parts were received that were charged on invoice


• Organizing parts and placing in proper locations


• Posting data entry - posting parts invoices in computer


• Sending returned parts back to vendors and following up that credits are issued


• Other general daily tasks for parts department

Experienced in Parts Department is plus

Experience in Body Shop Parts is a Big plus

Experience with CCC Management and/or Tekion is a Huge Plus
