Job Description
Buster Miles Ford is currently hiring a skilled Body Shop Technician to join our collision repair team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for performing high-quality body repairs on customer and dealership vehicles. This position is ideal for a technician who is detail-oriented, takes pride in their work, and wants to be part of a professional, fast-paced shop with a steady workflow.

Work Requirements:
Work Schedule: 8-hour shifts
Ability to Commute: Heflin, AL (Required)
Work Location: In person
Responsibilities
Perform bodywork repairs including dent removal, panel replacement, sanding, and filler work
Repair and align vehicle frames and structures to manufacturer specifications
Prep vehicles for paint and assist in final finish work as needed
Collaborate with estimators and advisors to ensure repair accuracy and timeline expectations
Follow all safety procedures and use protective equipment when necessary
Maintain a clean, organized work environment and properly handle tools and equipment
Document all work performed in accordance with company policies
Qualifications
2+ years of experience in a collision repair or body shop environment
I-CAR or OEM certifications preferred (or willingness to obtain)
Proficiency in body repair techniques, tools, and materials
Ability to perform structural and non-structural repairs
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work
Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in a physically demanding environment
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
