Are you a skilled Automotive Body Shop Technician looking for a shop that values your expertise, rewards your performance, and keeps you busy year-round?
Northwest Hills Chevy GMC Cadillac is growing and looking to add an experienced professional to our high-performing collision repair team.
If you take pride in precision repairs, efficiency, and delivering top-quality workmanship — we want to talk to you.
Perform high-quality body repairs on a wide range of vehicles
Structural and non-structural repairs
Frame measuring and straightening
Replace and repair panels
Ensure all work meets OEM and safety standards
Work collaboratively with estimators and painters to deliver on-time results
3+ years of automotive body shop experience required
I-CAR certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
Strong knowledge of modern repair techniques and equipment
Ability to work efficiently while maintaining quality
Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
Team-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic
Competitive flat-rate pay (80K -100K++)
