Automotive Body Technician

Description

We are seeking an experienced Automotive Body Technician to join our team. You will be responsible for repairing and replacing damaged body parts, performing frame straightening, ensuring all repairs meet industry standards, and making vehicles appear as if nothing ever happened. 

• $22.00 to $25.00 per flat rate hour - (Experience-based)
• Off every weekend!
• Shop hours are Monday – Friday 8:00 AM- 5:00 PM
• Brand new state-of-the-art facility

Requirements

Responsibilities:

• Repair and replace damaged body parts
• Perform frame straightening
• Ensure all repairs meet industry standards
• Use hand and power tools to complete repairs
• Communicate with customers regarding repair status and estimated completion time
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety procedures and guidelines

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Completion of an Automotive Body Technician program or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in automotive body repair
• Knowledge of automotive repair techniques and tools
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
• Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver's license with a driving record allowing you to operate customer and company vehicles
