Automotive Bookeeper

Hillside Honda is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Automotive Bookkeeper to join our growing team. Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the Office Manager/Controller


• Data entry and maintaining accurate financial records


• Costing and posting vehicle deals


• Processing bank deposits/ bank reconciliations


• Funding and paying off vehicles


• Handling dealership paperwork and documentation


• Responding to accounting and administrative inquiries


• Assisting the office team with additional duties as needed

Qualifications

• Previous automotive bookkeeping or dealership accounting experience required


• CDK experience is a strong plus


• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills


• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively


• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel


• Ability to maintain confidentiality


• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently


• Ability to work effectively with management, sales, service, and other dealership departments
