We’re on the lookout for a motivated, sharp, and customer-focused Sales BDC (Business Development Center) Coordinator to join our fast-paced automotive Sales Team! What You'll Do: 

• Respond to inbound internet leads, calls, and chats with urgency and professionalism 

• Set and confirm appointments for our sales and service departments 

• Execute outbound follow-up campaigns using CRM tools 

• Maintain high levels of phone, email, and text activity 

• Assist in tracking and improving show rates and appointment performance 

What You Bring: 

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills 

• Strong computer literacy and ability to learn CRM and scheduling tools 

• Outstanding customer service skills with a positive, team-oriented mindset 

• Detail-oriented with time management and multitasking abilities 

• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-changing industry 

Bonus Points For: 

• Previous experience in automotive BDC, customer service, or telemarketing 

• General Knowledge of automotive dealership CRM systems 

• Bilingual capabilities
