What will you do:

• Respond to incoming calls, chats, and inquiries with the goal of scheduling guest appointments.


• Follow up with potential guests to ensure excellent service and maximize opportunities.


• Accurately document all guest interactions, appointments, and follow-ups in CRM tools.


• Assign leads and appointments to Sales Consultants according to process guidelines.


• Collaborate with BDC team members to provide a seamless guest experience.


• Stay informed on current dealership programs, promotions, and incentives.


• Handle guest concerns professionally, with integrity, and care.

What we are looking for:

• Proven customer service experience: automotive industry background preferred.


• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with professional grammar.


• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.


• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, web browsers, and the ability to learn new software quickly.


• Friendly, positive, and team-oriented attitude with a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences.
