We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented, and customer-focused Automotive Business Manager to join our team. Previous automotive Finance and Insurance (F&I) experience is a plus but is not required. We are willing to train the right candidate who demonstrates strong communication skills, professionalism, integrity, a willingness to learn, and the drive to succeed.

Responsibilities



  • Provide customers with financing options and guidance to help facilitate their vehicle purchase.

  • Present vehicle protection products and additional ownership options in a professional, transparent, and customer-focused manner.

  • Structure deals effectively to maximize profitability while maintaining customer satisfaction and lender compliance.

  • Review credit applications, submit deals to appropriate lenders, evaluate available financing options, and secure competitive approvals.

  • Work closely with the sales management team to ensure deals are structured accurately and efficiently.

  • Prepare, review, and execute all required contracts, disclosures, and transaction documents.

  • Ensure every transaction complies with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, regulations, lender requirements, and dealership policies.

  • Maintain a thorough understanding of lender programs, finance options, lease programs, title requirements, registration procedures, and industry regulations.

  • Conduct detailed post-sale audits to ensure accuracy, compliance, and completeness while identifying opportunities for continued improvement.

  • Ensure all contracts and required documentation are submitted promptly and accurately to support timely funding.

  • Resolve funding delays, lender stipulations, title issues, and documentation concerns in an efficient and professional manner.

  • Maintain all required training, certifications, and product knowledge.

  • Deliver an efficient, professional, and positive customer experience from the completion of the sale through final delivery.


 


Qualifications



  • Previous automotive Finance and Insurance (F&I), dealership Business Manager, automotive sales, or related experience is a plus but is not required.

  • Eagerness to learn, improve, and grow within the organization.

  • Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and customer-service skills.

  • Ability to learn automotive financing, leasing, lender programs, and finance and insurance procedures.

  • Ability to understand and effectively present financial products and vehicle protection options.

  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

  • Professional appearance and demeanor.

  • Strong organizational, time-management, and problem-solving abilities.

  • Ability to work collaboratively with sales managers, sales consultants, accounting personnel, lenders, and other dealership departments.

  • Commitment to integrity, transparency, accountability, compliance, and exceptional customer service.

  • Ability and willingness to complete all required training and maintain applicable certifications.

  • College degree preferred or equivalent professional experience.

  • Valid driver’s license.
