Automotive Car Rental Agent

Mark Kia in Scottsdale is a family owned and operated car dealership that is currently seeking an individual to handle our rental/loaner fleet. This is a full time position.

Responsibilities Include:

• Gather drivers license and insurance information from customers


• Input all needed information to creat a rental contract


• Perform walk around of fleet inspecting for cleanliness and damage upon check-in and check-out


• Communicate rental guidelines with customer


• Check mileage for maintenance due and communicate with service department


• Maintain rental appointment log


• Cleaning of rental fleet

Other duties include:

• Closing of credit card receipts to repair orders


• File scan repair orders to database


• Nightly balancing cash and credit transactions

Requirements:

• Must posess valid drivers license with clean driving record


• Must submit to and pass drug screening and background check


• Good communication skills 


• Good organizational skills


• Must be able to multi-task
