King O’Rourke Cadillac Buick GMC located on Route 347 in Smithtown NY, is seeking to hire a Service Cashier and Loaner Vehicle Representative for our Service Department. Full Time or Part Time.

You will be responsible for the following:

• Greeting customers and ensure efficient checkout process 


• Assisting customers with vehicle loaners


• Processing paperwork


• Fleet management


• Work cooperatively with all internal teams


• Communicate with callers and visitors in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner

Requirements:

• Good verbal and written communication skills


• Basic computer skills


• Have a valid driver’s license with good driving record


• High level of initiative and ability to work in a team


• Top customer satisfaction skills required


• Ability to multi-task

Willing to train. Experience a plus!
