Responsibilities

• 
  

  Greet incoming service customers

  
  


• 
  

  Treat every visitor to the dealership as our guest, regardless of dress, style or race

  
  


• 
  

  Ensure that each customer's experience meets Van Bortel Standards

  
  


• 
  

  Monitor service waiting area

  
  


• 
  

  Schedule appointments for service customers

  
  


• 
  

  Work closely with service advisors and porters to assist customers dropping off and picking up vehicles

  
  


• 
  

  Open and close rental agreements, tracking use of rental fleet

  
  


• Process cash and credit transactions for service customers


• Prepare service invoices for review by warranty department


• File service invoices and daily paperwork


• 
  

  Work cooperatively with other departments and  internal teams

  
  


• 
  

  Maintain a tasteful, well-groomed and professional appearance in keeping with Van Bortel Standards

  
  


• 
  

  Ensure that service areas are clutter-free

  
  


• Maintain cleanliness and presentability of customer areas

Qualifications

• Possess previous retail cashier and customer service experience, preferred
