Position Responsibilities

• Perform high quality automotive refinishing and paint application


• Mix and match paints accurately


• Prep and spray panels to exacting standards


• Maintain equipment and keep work areas clean and organized


• Follow all safety protocols and PPE requirements


• Communicate effectively with team members


• Work efficiently in a fast‑paced production environment


• Maintain professional appearance, punctuality, and reliability
