Salary: $105,000 - $144,000 annually

Larson Automotive Group is looking for a seasoned Automotive Controller to take ownership of our dealership’s accounting operations. This isn’t just a numbers role—it’s a leadership opportunity for a confident, experienced professional who understands the nuances of retail automotive accounting and thrives in a team-first environment.
You’ll work closely with leadership and department managers, guide a team of administrative professionals, and play a direct role in the financial health of our organization. Time Off & Holidays
Paid Time Off (PTO):
o Accrual begins on your first day.
o Eligible to use after 90 days of employment.
o Accrual schedule:
0–2 years: 1 hour per 40 hours worked
3–10 years: 1.53 hours per 40 hours worked
10+ years: 2.30 hours per 40 hours worked
Paid Holidays: Hourly employees receive six paid holidays per year.
