 Job Responsibilities:

• Contact potential customers via phone, email, and chat


• Qualify leads and set appointments for the sales team


• Follow up with existing leads and nurture relationships


• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity


• Work collaboratively with the sales team to meet and exceed expectations

 Qualifications

• Excellent communications and interpersonal skills


• Strong organizational and time-management abilities


• Experience in sales or customer service is a plus


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team


• Proficiency with CRM software is preferred
