Bob Weaver Auto is looking to hire a full-time skilled Automotive Customer Service Representative to assist in our Chrysler and GM Service Departments.

Responsibilities:

• Greet Service Customers Upon Arrival
• Assist Service Customers During Checkout
• Answer, Screen & Forward Incoming Calls
• Filing, Photocopying, Faxing and Scanning
• Receive and Process Guests Payments
• Process Loaner Vehicles
• Shuttle Vehicles as Needed

Requirements:

• Current PA Driver's License - Clean Driving Record
• Excellent Communication Skills
• Professional Attitude and Appearance
• Automotive Knowledge Helpful
