Automotive Customer Service Representative

CUSTOMER SERVICE
REPRESENTATIVE - AUTOMOTIVE

The Customer Service
Representative is responsible for answering and providing excellent customer
service to our customer base. Hays North
Nashville collision is looking for a friendly, eager new team member to join
our growing team as a Customer Service Representative.


Responsibilities:

• Deal directly with customers either by telephone,
  electronically or face to face
  
• Greet and assist
  customers and potential customers
  
• Work with a
  variety of insurance providers
  
• Answer phones,
  emails, and all inquiries
  
• Handle payments
  and transactions
  
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries
  
• Handle and resolve customer complaints
  
• Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle
  inquiries and complaints
  
• Process orders, credits and requests
  
• Direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated
  resource
  
• Keep records of customer interactions and transactions
  
• Record details of inquiries, comments and complaints
  
• Record details of actions taken
  
• Communicate and coordinate with internal departments
  
• Follow up on customer interactions
  
• Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor
  

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Ability to work
  7:30-5:00 Monday-Friday
  
• Customer service
  experience preferred but not required
  
• Good communication
  and people skills
  
• Strong computer
  skills
  
• Bodyshop or
  automotive knowledge preferred but not necessary
  
• Strong work ethic
  and ability to work with a team.
  

Requirements:

• Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding goals
  
• 4 year degree preferred but not necessary
  
• Knowledge of automotive parts or automotive industry
  preferred
  
• Experience in call center
  
• Customer Service
