Customer Service Representative / Accounting Clerk

Our busy body shop is currently searching for an outgoing Customer Service
Representative to join our team! The CSR / Accounting Clerk is responsible for answering and providing excellent customer
service to our customer base. 

• Deal directly with customers either by telephone,
  electronically or face to face
  
• Greet and assist
  customers and potential customers
  
• Work with a
  variety of insurance providers
  
• Answer phones,
  emails, and all inquiries
  
• Handle payments
  and transactions
  
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries
  
• Handle and resolve customer complaints
  
• Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle
  inquiries and complaints
  
• Process orders, credits and requests
  
• Direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated
  resource
  
• Keep records of customer interactions and transactions
  
• Record details of inquiries, comments and complaints
  
• Record details of actions taken
  
• Communicate and coordinate with internal departments
  
• Follow up on customer interactions
  
• Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor
  

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Customer service
  experience required
  
• Some accounting experience required
  
• Good communication
  and people skills
  
• Strong computer
  skills
  
• Bodyshop or
  automotive knowledge preferred but not necessary
  
• Strong work ethic
  and ability to work with a team
