Automotive Customer Service Specialist

Position Overview

The Customer Service Specialist is responsible for all aspects of customer service experience, and light clerical duties.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Provide Exceptional Customer Service

Engage with customers in a friendly and helpful manner.

Answer telephone, direct calls, answer customer inquiries and assist in resolving complaints as needed

Educate customers about services available, promotions, and product guarantees.

Review Service Order Ticket thoroughly with customers at check-out, explain services performed, static sticker, and reminder card.

Process all payments using the computer system and credit card machine.

Maintain a clean countertop, waiting room, and coffee service areas.

Clean restroom area and restock supplies throughout the day.

Perform administrative and computer tasks

Stock Service Order Tickets and input vendor shipments on computer

Attend crew meetings and run errands and perform other duties as needed by Manager.

Job Qualifications

Excellent customer service skills

Basic literacy (ready, writing, math skills), Verbal and written communication skills,

Basic keyboarding skills and beginning computer skills

Attention to detail and accuracy

Previous customer service and general office experience strongly preferred
