Responsibilities
- Handle all the accounting for a vehicle deal transactions
- Review and account for all deal documents
- Track Contracts and receivables
Payoff Liens and other liabilities
- Clean Accounting Schedules
Log and reconciles Deal Performance
Summarize and submit after-sell products
- Other task and responsibilities
- Cross train in office roles
Qualifications
Experience using a dealership management system (DMS) and payroll platform
Strong communication skills and eagerness to improve
Self-starter who can work both independently and with a team
Accounting degree (preferred, not required)
Automotive dealership accounting experience preferred
