Sheehy Auto Stores seeks an Experience Deal Poster to join our Accounting Team. As a Deal Poster, you will accurately record and manage financial transactions related to vehicle sales, purchases, and other financial activities. Your keen eye for detail and strong analytical skills will be crucial in ensuring the accuracy of our accounting records. This is a great opportunity to be part of a dynamic team in the automotive industry.

Responsibilities

• Contracts in Transit and Vehicle Receivables Status Tracking


• Schedules Review and Correction


• Deal posting


• Deal Costing


• Rebate Dealer Cash Verification


• Commission Verification


• Daily Deal Issue Tracking


• Vehicle Lien Payoffs


• Customer Refunds and Referrals


• Warranty Cancelation and Submissions


• Month-End Closing Activities


• Comfortable in a fast-paced high, volume environment


• Obtaining revenue and paying invoices by verifying and completing payable and receivable transactions. 

Requirements

• Knowledge of accounting software (i.e., QuickBooks)


• Previous dealership experience is preferred


• Reynolds & Reynolds experience preferred


• Ability to balance large volume accounts


• Detail-oriented skills with strong organizational and multitasking skills


• Fast learner that is open to change and able to handle demanding environment


• Ability to work independently and with a team


• Strong communication and people skills – both written and verbal


• Authorized to work in the USA


• Ability to pass a pre-employment background screening, MVR, and drug test


• Must have a valid driver's license
