Automotive Deal Processor

Naples, FL

Full-time Monday through Friday 

$20-$25 per hour based on experience

As a Deal Processor, you are responsible for ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of vehicle sales transactions. You will work closely with the sales, finance, and administrative teams to review and process all documentation related to vehicle deals, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. This role demands attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. 

• Review and verify accuracy of all sales contracts and related paperwork.


• Coordinate with sales staff, finance managers, and customers to ensure all required documents are complete.


• Submit contracts for funding and work with lenders to facilitate timely processing.


• Maintain detailed records of deals and ensure compliance with both company policies and legal requirements.


• Assist in resolving any discrepancies or issues related to deal documentation.


• Communicate effectively with internal departments and external partners to track the status of deals.

• Prior experience in automotive deal processing or similar administrative role preferred.


• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information.


• Excellent organizational and communication skills.


• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with automotive sales software is a plus.


• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
