Description of the role:
Infiniti of Beachwood is seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as an Automotive Dealership Receptionist. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for customers and will provide excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:
- Greeting customers and directing them to the appropriate department
- Answering phone calls and transferring them to the correct extension
- Assisting with administrative tasks such as filing and data entry

Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
