The Shop Foreman will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our shop, ensuring efficient workflow, and maintaining high-quality standards. Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.


• Previous experience as a Shop Foreman strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the shop to ensure efficiency, quality and guest satisfaction by providing leadership and technical guidance to technicians, ensuring accurate diagnostics and timely repairs that uphold our standards for reliable service.


• Train and mentor staff, fostering a skilled and cohesive team that supports long-term success.


• Collaborate with the service team to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of repairs.

Pay: $145,000 - $190,000 / year is the expected total annual earnings after factoring in all forms of compensation including hourly pay, bonuses, overtime, benefits (vacation and sick) etc. The annual salary for this position is $78,000. Bonuses range from $67,000 - $111,700 per year based on performance.
