Job Title: Automotive Sales / Desk Manager – High Income Opportunity

Hyundai of Greenville is Growing – and We’re Looking for a Proven Sales Leader.

We are actively seeking an experienced Automotive Sales / Desk Manager who knows how to structure deals, lead a sales team, and drive performance on a busy showroom floor.

What You’ll Do

• 
  

  Desk and structure new and pre-owned vehicle deals

  
  


• 
  

  Work directly with sales consultants to close deals and maximize gross

  
  


• 
  

  Manage negotiations, trade values, and payment structures

  
  


• 
  

  Coach and motivate the sales team to improve performance

  
  


• 
  

  Assist with customer escalations and ensure an exceptional buying experience

  
  


• 
  

  Maintain deal flow and coordinate closely with the F&I department

  Automotive dealership management experience required

  Strong knowledge of deal structure and desking
