Automotive Detail Manager

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Auto Detail Manager to lead our detailing team. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, hands-on detailing experience and a passion for delivering exceptional results. This role will oversee daily operations, ensure quality standards, train staff, and manage workflow to meet customer and company expectations. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Manage and supervise the detailing team to ensure efficiency and quality. 


• Train, mentor, and evaluate staff on proper detailing techniques, safety practices, and customer service. 


• Inspect vehicles to ensure services meet company standards before delivery. 


• Maintain inventory of detailing supplies and order as needed. 


• Develop and implement schedules to maximize productivity. 


• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations. 


• Report operational performance to Management.
