Automotive Detail Manager

Anderson Ford is currently seeking an Automotive Detail Manager.  The manager is responsible for the effective management of our detail department as well as assisting with the vehicle reconditioning services provided to our used car department.

 RESPONSIBILITIES Meet monthly forecast and sufficient gross to meet profit objectives Managing, training, and directing a team of Detailers.

Maintaining a professional management style that sets the example for enthusiasm and accountability

Maintain reconditioning standards and performance expectations and daily responsibilities to ensure quality and efficiency is met.

Working alongside of team in daily responsibilities to ensure quality and efficiency is met.  

REQUIREMENTS

Enthusiastic with high energy throughout the sales workday.

Outgoing with a friendlyWorking alongside of team in personality, especially while handling objections & negotiating pricing Have quality customer service skills

Possess strong communication skills Must have a clean & valid driver’s license.
