Pay Scale: The Detailer Position has a Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges. Wages include Base Hourly Compensation of between $18.00 and $23.50.
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Detailer to join our team. As a Detailer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional car cleaning services. Your primary goal will be to deliver high quality results, ensure customer satisfaction, and contribute to our team’s success.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Thoroughly clean and detail vehicles using our products, processes, and techniques.
- Perform exterior and interior car cleaning, including washing, vacuuming, window cleaning, waxing, steam cleaning, and more.
- Pay meticulous attention to detail to ensure a flawless finish and exceed customer expectations.
- Identify and report any vehicle damage or maintenance needs to the supervisor, lead, or relevant personnel.
- Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines to maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of tasks.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor.
Skills/Qualifications:
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Previous experience in car cleaning, detailing, or similar automotive roles is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality results consistently.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Reliable and punctual, with a strong work ethic.
- Flexibility to work weekends, variable shifts, and some holidays as required.
