Job Description

Bill Clough Ford is seeking a dependable and hard-working Detailer / Lot & Grounds Associate to support both our service and operations teams. This position plays a vital role in vehicle presentation and dealership appearance. If you enjoy working outdoors, staying active, and keeping things clean and organized, this role is a great fit.

  Schedule: Monday to Friday, occasional Saturdays

  
  

Responsibilities

• 
  

  Wash, vacuum, and detail new and pre-owned vehicles to dealership standards

  
  


• 
  

  Apply wax, dress tires, and clean windows inside and out

  
  


• 
  

  Ensure vehicles on the lot are clean, presentable, and properly staged

  
  


• 
  

  Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lot, detail areas, and automotive shop

  
  


• 
  

  Perform general groundskeeping duties (e.g., mowing, trimming, leaf blowing, trash pickup)

  
  


• 
  

  Assist with snow removal or seasonal upkeep as needed

  
  


• 
  

  Report any vehicle damage or maintenance issues

  
  


• 
  

  Support dealership staff with vehicle movement as needed

  
  

Qualifications

• 
  

  Previous experience in detailing or groundskeeping is preferred but not required

  
  


• 
  

  Strong attention to detail and work ethic

  
  


• 
  

  Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions

  
  


• 
  

  Ability to operate basic equipment (lawnmower, blower, pressure washer)

  
  


• 
  

  Valid driver's license and clean driving record

  
  


• 
  

  Able to lift up to 50 lbs and be physically active throughout the day
