Automotive Director of Operations

The Automotive Director of Operations at Master Car Care is a critical leadership role, responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company's operations and ensuring that the business is running as well as it possibly can, with a smooth, efficient service that meets the expectations and needs of our customers and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Directing all operational aspects including distribution operations, customer service, human resources, administration and sales.
• Assess and implement improved processes and new technologies, and collaborate with management regarding the implementation of these improvements.
• Oversee and evaluate day-to-day operations.
• Develop and implement growth strategies.
• Train and develop a high performing managerial team.
• Oversee all hiring, training, and dismissal processes and ensure they are completed in accordance with company standards.
• Develop operational plans to meet the company's financial objectives and oversee the necessary steps to carry it out successfully.
• Collaborate and coordinate with other business functions to ensure the smooth and profitable operation of the business.

Qualifications:

• A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or related field. A Master's degree will be highly regarded.
• At least 8 years' experience in operations management roles within the automotive industry.
• A deep understanding of financial management and proven experience in strategic planning and business development.
• Strong leadership and excellent decision-making capabilities.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think on your feet and provide quick yet efficient solutions in the face of adversity.
• An ability to build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to engage effectively with various stakeholders including customers, team members and senior management.
