Automotive DMV/Title Clerk

Ray Catena Lexus of Larchmont, in Larchmont, NY is currently seeking a person to be a part of our team. This is a full-time position that will support senior staff in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate must be eager and able to learn new systems, meet deadlines, be accurate with numbers and data entry and work well under pressure. The salary range is 40-60k and will be commensurate with experience. We offer full benefits after 90 days of employment and 401k from your date of hire.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as an automotive DMV/Title clerk (1–3 years REQUIRED)


• Strong knowledge of DMV procedures and title regulations. (New York & out of state)


• Must have knowledge of the New York State Verify System.


• Must have knowledge of In-Transit permits.


• High attention to detail and organizational skills


• Excellent communication and customer service skills


• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment


• Proficient in Microsoft Office and dealership management software
