In this position, you will be responsible for performing oil changes and related services on a variety of vehicles, ensuring that our customers receive high-quality service and their vehicles are maintained to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct oil changes and filter replacements efficiently and accurately.
• Inspect vehicles for any additional maintenance needs and communicate findings to the service advisor.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the service area and tools.
• Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries regarding vehicle maintenance.
• Keep up to date with the latest automotive technologies and best practices.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an oil change technician or similar role.
• Knowledge of automotive systems and components.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
