Key Responsibilities

As an Express Advisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth operations within our service department by:

• Scheduling Service Appointments: Communicating with customers to schedule maintenance and repairs.
• Documenting Vehicle Issues: Accurately writing repair orders and capturing customer concerns.
• Recommending Services: Advising customers on necessary maintenance based on manufacturer guidelines.
• Providing Cost Estimates: Offering transparent pricing for labor and parts.
• Keeping Customers Informed: Updating customers on service progress and obtaining approval for any changes.
• Reviewing Repair Orders: Ensuring accuracy and completeness before processing.
• Maintaining Shop Flow: Assisting with vehicle movement to support efficient service operations.

Time Off & Holidays

Paid Time Off (PTO):
