Position Overview:
As an Express Advisor, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers in the express lane. You’ll coordinate quick maintenance services such as oil changes, tire rotations, and multi-point inspections while providing exceptional customer communication and care. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments, value efficiency, and are passionate about building lasting customer relationships.
What You'll Do:
Greet express service customers and review maintenance needs
Communicate services recommended by technicians in clear, easy-to-understand language
Prepare accurate estimates and obtain customer authorizations
Keep customers updated on service status and timing expectations
Ensure timely and efficient flow of vehicles through the express service lane
Maintain accurate service records and follow up as needed to ensure satisfaction
Who You Are:
2+ years of customer service experience
A clear communicator who can break down technical terms for customers
Driven, professional, and committed to a career in automotive service
A multitasker who thrives in a high-volume, team-oriented environment
Strong attention to detail, follow-up, and organizational skills
Eager to learn and grow through training and feedback
Requirements:
At least 18 years old
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Able to pass a pre-employment background check
Authorized to work in the U.S.
