Automotive Express Service Advisor

Join our team at Capital Automotive Group! We’re looking for a skilled Automotive Service Advisor to be the primary point of contact for customers needing vehicle maintenance and repair. If you enjoy helping people, have a strong knowledge of automotive systems, and excel at keeping service operations running smoothly, this is the role for you.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Conduct thorough vehicle inspections to accurately diagnose problems and recommend necessary repairs and maintenance


• Provide clear explanations of recommended services and associated costs, building trust and transparency with customers


• Schedule service appointments and manage workflow to ensure timely completion of work


• Collaborate with technicians and team members to maintain a smooth service process


• Handle customer inquiries and concerns promptly, striving for resolution and satisfaction


• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment


• Perform other duties as assigned

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in automotive service advising or a similar customer service role in the automotive industry preferred


• Strong understanding of automotive systems, diagnostics, and repair procedures


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers and work effectively with a team


• Proficiency in software systems for estimating, scheduling, and invoicing


• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record


• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check
