Automotive EXPRESS Service Advisor

CAPITAL is seeking an Automotive Service Advisor to join our team. In this role, you’ll be the primary point of contact for customers needing maintenance and repair services. You’ll assess service needs, schedule appointments, and keep communication flowing between our customers and the service department to ensure a smooth, efficient experience.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  Conduct vehicle walk-arounds and inspections to identify concerns and recommend appropriate services

  Clearly explain recommended repairs, maintenance needs, and related costs to customers

  
  


• 
  

  Schedule service appointments and help manage the service department’s daily workload

  
  


• 
  

  Collaborate with technicians and team members to ensure accurate communication and timely repair completion

  
  


• 
  

  Address customer questions, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally

  
  


• 
  

  Maintain a clean, organized workspace and follow all safety and cleanliness standards

  
  


• 
  

  Perform other duties as assigned

  
  

What We’re Looking For:

• 
  

  Experience as an automotive Service Advisor or in a similar customer-facing automotive role preferred

  
  


• 
  

  Strong understanding of automotive systems, components, and general repair processes

  
  


• 
  

  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  
  


• 
  

  Ability to build rapport and create a positive customer experience

  
  


• 
  

  Comfort using computerized scheduling, estimating, and invoicing systems

  
  


• 
  

  Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

  
  


• 
  

  Ability to pass all pre-employment background screenings
