Responsibilities

• Prepare and process finance and insurance billing documents accurately and promptly.
• Review and verify sales contracts and F&I paperwork for completeness and correctness.
• Coordinate with finance managers and sales teams to resolve billing discrepancies.
• Maintain organized records of all billing transactions and financial documents.
• Communicate with lending institutions and insurance providers regarding billing inquiries.
• Generate regular reports on billing status and outstanding payments for management.
• Assist in audits and compliance checks related to F&I billing procedures.
• Support the finance department with ad hoc tasks to improve overall process efficiency.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an automotive F&I billing clerk or similar role in the automotive industry.
• Strong understanding of finance and insurance products related to automotive sales.
• Excellent attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple billing tasks simultaneously.
• Proficient with billing software, dealership management systems, and Microsoft Office.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with a friendly demeanor.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently when required.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification or training in automotive finance is a plus.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to meet strict deadlines.
