We are seeking a motivated and experienced Business Manager to join our leadership team and help drive our success forward.

Position Overview

As an F&I Manager/Business Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring each customer’s vehicle purchase is completed smoothly and transparently. You will oversee financing, leasing, and aftermarket product sales while maintaining compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations. Your mission is to deliver an exceptional customer experience while maximizing profitability for the dealership.

Key Responsibilities

  Present and explain financing, leasing, and protection options to customers in a clear, ethical, and transparent manner.

  Secure financing through a wide network of lenders and maintain strong lender relationships.

  
  


• 
  

  Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local laws and dealership policies.

  
  


• 
  

  Achieve and exceed sales goals for finance products, extended service plans, GAP coverage, and aftermarket offerings.

  
  


• 
  

  Collaborate with sales managers and advisors to ensure a smooth, customer-centered buying experience.

  
  


• 
  

  Prepare accurate and complete paperwork for contracts, titles, and registrations.

  
  


• 
  

  Protect dealership assets by ensuring all transactions are properly documented.

  
  


• 
  

  Provide ongoing training and coaching to sales staff on compliance and product presentation.

  
  

Qualifications

• 
  

  Previous Automotive F&I Manager experience (Hyundai or import brand experience a plus).

  
  


• 
  

  Proven track record of achieving finance product sales and CSI goals.

  
  


• 
  

  Strong knowledge of federal and state compliance requirements (Truth in Lending, Fair Credit, Red Flags, etc.).

  
  


• 
  

  Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

  
  


• 
  

  Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-volume dealership environment.

  
  


• 
  

  Proficiency with finance software and DMS platforms (e.g., CDK, Reynolds, Dealertrack, RouteOne).

  
  


• 
  

  Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
