Job Description:  We are in search of a vibrant, outgoing, and detail-oriented professional to join our team as an F&I Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing finance and insurance transactions, ensuring a smooth transition from sale to delivery while enhancing the customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of finance and insurance for vehicle sales.


• Collaborate with the sales team to offer customers financing options tailored to their needs.


• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements in finance and insurance dealings.


• Drive customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and attention to detail.


• Promote additional products like extended warranties, GAP insurance, etc., in an ethical manner.

Requirements:

• Proven track record of high performance in sales or a related field.


• Must maintain a professional appearance and demeanor.


• Honesty, integrity, and a detail-oriented mindset are essential.


• Desire to grow within the automotive industry.


• High School Diploma or equivalent; further education in business or finance is advantageous.


• Prior experience in automotive dealership sales operations, with a strong preference for those currently on a dealership's Agent Services Contract.
