Automotive Finance and Insurance (F&I) Manager

Ron Bouchard's Honda Store is seeking a high energy, results oriented Finance Manager to support our talented sales team. If you are seeking professional growth in a fast paced, high volume store, this may be the perfect opportunity for you!

Job Responsibilities: 

• Oversees and personally signs and clears all sales transactional paperwork and loan approvals, as well as location sales manager duties


• Ensures all deals report a clear status on sales pending and contracts in transit sheet


• Takes callbacks from banks on deals and accurately completes deal jackets


• Ensures all deals sent from accounting office are repaired and returned as soon as possible


• Prepares and finalizes deals as described and trained on in the deal structure guidelines, per company policy

Recommended Qualifications

• Experience in an automotive finance or business office preferred


• Working knowledge of deal structure, banking programs, dealership contracts and compliance


• Applied knowledge of automotive DMS systems, automotive inventory management software and automotive finance applications such as Dealertrack or RouteOne.
