WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Manage the finance and insurance process for vehicle purchases and leases.
  

• Present and sell F&I products, including extended service contracts, GAP coverage, and other protection plans.
  

• Work with lenders to secure competitive financing and maximize approval opportunities.
  

• Structure deals effectively while maintaining dealership profitability.
  

• Ensure all financing documents and contracts are accurate, complete, and compliant with applicable regulations.
  

• Build strong relationships with customers, lenders, and dealership sales personnel.
  

• Partner with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition from vehicle selection to delivery.
  

• Maintain strong performance in product penetration, finance income, and customer satisfaction.
  

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Automotive dealership F&I experience is required.
  

• Proven ability to sell finance and insurance products and generate F&I income.
  

• Strong knowledge of automotive financing, lender programs, and deal structuring.
  

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
