Toyota of York is hiring for an experienced Finance Manager to join our team! Our finance managers work according to the following schedule:
Monday thru Saturday with one day off during the week
Hours: 8:30am-8:00pm Monday-Thurs
8:30am-6pm on Friday
8:30am-5pm on Saturday
Manager schedule includes one weekday with 12pm start time and one 4pm end time per week
One weekend off per month; schedule that week is Monday-Thursday
Earnings are 100% commission, draw paid weekly (every Friday)
Income estimated $150K-$250K per year

Job Duties:
Sells financing, gap insurance, warranty and service programs to customers.
Provides customers with thorough explanation of aftermarket products and extended warranties.
Establishes and maintains good working relationships with several finance sources, including the manufacturer.
Processes finance and lease deals accurately and fairly through financial sources to secure approval.
Consistent follow up with lending institutions to ensure contracts are funded.
Processes all federal, state, and dealer paperwork related to vehicle transaction.
Understands and complies with federal, state, and local laws and regulations that affect the new- and used-vehicle and finance departments.
Completes paperwork necessary for vehicle sales and leases in a timely and efficient manner.
Checks all paperwork for correct title, lien information, taxes, etc., before forwarding to Title Clerk and/or accounting.
Works with sales managers to secure the optimum profit from every sale.
Conducts business in an ethical and professional manner.
Attends managers meetings.
Maintains a professional appearance.
Maintains a clean and professional work environment.
Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Two to four years related experience, large volume dealership finance experience required
Proven performance of producing $1500 per copy in previous F&I manager role
Must be able to produce supporting documentation demonstrating experience and performance
Active PA automotive sales license or ability to obtain license
High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required.
Must be able to maintain regular attendance
Valid driver’s license required
Must be reliable and demonstrate good work ethic
