Job Summary:

As an
Automotive Finance Manager, you will be responsible for helping customers
secure financing options that best fit their needs while ensuring compliance
with all local, state, and federal regulations. The ideal candidate has a
proven track record in automotive finance and a passion for delivering
exceptional customer experiences.

Key
Responsibilities:

• Present
  financing and insurance options to customers in a clear and professional manner
  
• Work closely
  with the sales team to maximize dealership profitability
  
• Establish
  and maintain relationships with a wide range of lenders and financial
  institutions
  
• Prepare and
  process all finance and lease documentation accurately and in a timely manner
  
• Ensure
  compliance with all applicable laws and dealership policies
  
• Offer
  vehicle protection packages, extended service contracts, and other F&I
  products
  
• Maintain
  high CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) scores

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2
  years of automotive finance and insurance (F&I) experience required
  
• Strong
  knowledge of lending institutions, credit applications, and deal structuring
  
• Excellent
  communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
  
• Ability to
  work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  
• Proficient
  with dealership DMS systems (e.g., Reynolds & Reynolds, CDK, Dealertrack)
  
• Valid
  driver’s license and clean driving record
