Job Description - Automotive Finance Manager

Automotive Finance and Insurance Manager / F&I Manager


We are
looking for Finance and Insurance (F&I) Champions in the car business to
join our growing team. Super Car Guys is one of the highest volume preowned
dealerships in Kansas. We offer unmatched opportunity for advancement in a fun

SUMMARY
As a F&I Manager in one of our stores, you will be working under a
fail-proof sales process that will allow you to optimize profit and income at
every turn. We work with over sixty lending institutions and have experts
in-house that will assist you in getting deals approved at the most competitive
terms and rates for our clients. Our Upper Management Team is in place to
motivate, encourage, and support you to become the best F&I Manager you can
be.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • Finance
    Managers who aren’t happy with their upward mobility or opportunity to advance
    at their current dealership.

  • Finance
    Managers with character and a strong moral personal code. We don’t lie, cheat,
    or steal. We don’t break the rules. We don’t hurt customers- EVER.

  • Finance
    Managers with a strong understanding of industry-specific laws and regulations.
    Legal Compliance is a major component of this position.

  • Finance
    Managers with a STRONG attention to detail. If you struggle to collect stips,
    get signatures in the proper places, and maintain an organized work area, we
    are not the dealership for you.

we are looking for self-motivated people with a strong desire to succeed and
achieve.




Requirements


QUALIFICATIONS

Experienced
F&I Managers only. We will ask you to bring your W-2 from last year to the
interview. We are not looking to train salespeople to become Finance Managers.
We are looking for people already in the box searching for more opportunity.

You need to
provide talent, energy, positive attitude, character, and drive. We will
provide you with the tools, support, and additional training it takes to be
successful.

OF NOTE:
Sometimes if you are helping a customer, you make it home late for dinner. This
sucks, but it's part of our business. We are retail – thus we work some nights
and every Saturday. We work 5 days/50 hours per week. Saturday is GAME DAY and
is required. We are closed Sunday without exception. We also have either a
Tuesday or Wednesday off during the week. Our work schedule allows plenty of
time for kids of all ages, golf, exercise, yard work, volunteer work, errands,
etc.

    Thanksgiving.) We are closed every Sunday to spend time with family.

  • We stock
    well over 800 cars in inventory with access to another 1500 through our sister
    stores.

  • A high
    performing sales department that sells cars like candy bars.

COMPENSATION
AND EARNING POTENTIAL

This is a
Commission-Based Position with one of the most aggressive pay plans in the
industry. We will be happy to share the pay plan during your in-person
confidential interview.

Under-Achievers
earn approximately $80,000 annually.

Average-Performers
earn approximately $100,000 annually.

Over-Achievers
earn approximately $125,000 annually.

CHAMPIONS
earn over $150,000 annually.
