RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Work directly with our managers, employees, and customers to develop relationships


• Develop a comprehensive menu selling process to help maximize the finance department's overall profitability and product penetration


• Present a fully transparent pricing menu to customers detailing their financing options and product options


• Review and inspect the flow of the department’s paperwork on a daily basis to ensure a timely turn around on all deals


• Demonstrate complete commitment to supporting the sales department in achieving its goals


• Be an example of professional morals, ethics, and excellent customer service

REQUIREMENTS:

• Finance Manager must have 4 + years’ experience


• Proven customer service experience, including CSI


• Have strong attention to detail and organizational skills


• Excellent follow-through skills


• Excellent multi-tasking skills


• Must be self-motivated and a team player


• Maintain a positive, can-do attitude

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $175,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
