Job Description - Automotive Finance Manager

Automotive Finance & Insurance (F&I) Manager

Greater New Orleans / West Bank area

 

A well -established, high -volume franchise dealership in the Greater New
Orleans / West Bank area is seeking an experienced Finance & Insurance
(F&I) Manager to join a productive and professional team. This is a strong
opportunity for a closer who takes compliance seriously, knows the products,
and delivers a clean, transparent customer experience on every deal.


If you are an experienced F&I professional looking for a stable
store, consistent volume, and a pay plan that rewards production, we want to
talk to you.


What You Will Do
  • Structure and close finance and lease deals while maximizing F&I
    product penetration.

  • Generate finance income on all sold customers, cash and finance alike.
  • Present products with full disclosure and menu -based, 100 percent
    compliant presentations.

  • Secure lender approvals and understand each lender's programs, rates,
    and structure requirements.

  • Verify and complete all paperwork on cash, finance, and lease
    transactions accurately.

  • Collect all money due at closing and ensure every deal is funded clean.
  • Maintain a working knowledge of leasing and current lender programs.
  • Process cancellations for service contracts, GAP, and other products
    correctly and promptly.

  • Help develop and mentor new talent on the path to F&I.


Requirements

What We Are Looking For

  • Minimum 1 year of automotive dealership F&I experience required.
  • Strong product knowledge and a disciplined, menu -driven sales process.
  • A genuine commitment to compliance, accurate documentation, and
    disclosure integrity.

  • Proven ability to drive PVR and product penetration the right way, with
    no payment packing and no shortcuts.

  • Professional communication and a customer -first mindset.
  • Stable work history and a track record of clean, fundable deals.
