Position Overview

As the Automotive Finance Manager, you will play a key role in the vehicle sales process by helping customers secure financing while offering protection products that enhance their ownership experience. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, ethical, highly motivated, and experienced in automotive finance and lending.

Responsibilities

• Secure financing and lease options through a network of lending institutions.


• Present extended service contracts and other vehicle protection products that meet customers' needs.


• Prepare, review, and process all finance and lease documentation accurately and efficiently.


• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, lender, and dealership regulations.


• Build and maintain strong relationships with banks, credit unions, and finance sources.


• Work closely with the sales team to provide a seamless customer experience from purchase through delivery.


• Maintain current knowledge of lender programs, compliance requirements, and finance products.


• Consistently achieve finance and product performance goals while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Previous automotive dealership Finance Manager (F&I) experience is required.


• Strong knowledge of automotive financing, leasing, lender programs, and compliance.


• Proven ability to build customer relationships and close finance transactions.


• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.


• Experience using dealership management systems (DMS) and CRM software.


• Professional appearance, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail.


• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
