We are seeking an Automotive F&I Manager for our client 802 Honda Near Montpelier VT.  Join our team as an F&I Manager, where you will play a crucial role in our dealership's success. REQUIREMENTS

Previous automotive experience is REQUIRED for this position, F&I experience preferred. Qualified candidates will have a proven track record of selling automotive products to clients, working knowledge of the finance process, and show through their work history an ability to generate sales with high customer satisfaction.  We are looking for someone who works hard, communicates clearly and is interested in a real career with long term potential, not just a job.

• Working face to face with customers to complete paperwork necessary for the purchase of a vehicle and warranty productsAssist clients with completing transactions either in cash or with the securing of finance or lease terms.
  
• Completing established processes to generate revenue for the department
  
• Prepare paperwork and finalize financial transactions in a legal and ethical manner to ensure a strong lender relationshipPresent service contracts, GAP, and other beneficial ancillary programs
  
• Sorting and file paperwork in order to maintain proper record keeping practices
  
• Follows up on funding of car deals with banks and OEM while building lender relationships
  
• Achieve monthly forecasts for F&I income, levels, and customer service
  
• Other duties as assigned
