What You’ll Do

• Partner with the sales team and clients to design financing and leasing solutions that fit their goals and lifestyle


• Present protection products, extended service plans, and ancillary offerings with clarity and integrity


• Structure deals for strong performance while staying fully compliant with all regulations


• Build and maintain strong lender relationships for smooth, competitive approvals


• Consistently hit (and exceed) monthly F&I goals


• Deliver a seamless, high-touch closing experience that leaves clients impressed


• Keep documentation precise, organized, and on time


• Stay current on rates, programs, and industry shifts so our clients always get the best available options

What You Bring

• 3+ years of proven automotive Finance/F&I management experience


• Deep knowledge of financing, leasing, and protection products


• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship skills


• Sharp attention to detail and the ability to move decisively in a fast-paced environment


• A track record of hitting performance goals while protecting the customer experience


• Excellent organizational habits and a compliance-first mindset


• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
