Responsibilities

• Present finance and protection products in a professional and compliant manner


• Arrange financing through a network of lending partners


• Maximize finance and product penetration while ensuring an outstanding customer experience


• Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and lender requirements


• Accurately complete contracts and funding paperwork


• Collaborate with the sales and management teams to achieve dealership goals

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of automotive dealership experience


• Minimum 2 years of successful F&I Manager experience


• Proven finance and product sales performance


• Strong communication, customer service, and closing skills


• Knowledge of automotive finance regulations and compliance standards


• Professional appearance and demeanor


• Valid driver's license


• CDK Preffered
